Gift cards are delivered to the email address of your choice.

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. Any balance on a gift card which is not redeemed within the validity date cannot be used after the expired date.

Yes, we do accept pre-pay but please note is payable with via a Gift Card only.

We can definitely organise a bottle of champagne from our wine list to be prepaid with a Gift card, and ready on your arrival. However we do not offer pre-order of cakes, flowers or chocolates, but if you wish to bring something ahead we could store it before your arrival.

ESQ is not a BYO restaurant but rest assured we do have a comprehensive beverage list

Yes, you may BYO a cake but please be aware that we charge $3.50 cakeage per person.

We do not provide this service, however you can always choose one of our desserts from the menu.

Yes, you may certainly be able to bring balloons, flowers and table decorations – please advise us before your reservation time. Regarding candles – they must be in an approved holder (due to fire hazard).

Wilson Parking in the Queen Victoria Building offers parking all day. However there are several other parking houses around the city close to the Queen Victoria Building. Town Hall Station is right underneath us and QVB Light Rail stop is right out front of the venue. Unfortunately there are no discounted parking for customers.

Please check with the parking garage of your choice if they provide disabled parking facilities.

Yes, we most certainly can cater for all dietry requirements to the best of our ability.

ESQ is not a halal restaurant. We source our meat from a certified halal butcher named St. Andrews’, however the restaurant does serve pork so we are not a halal restaurant

Yes, we do have a few vegan options available, however it is quite limited. Please refer to our menu to get an idea of the options we offer.

Unfortunately we do not have high chairs at the venue

There is minimal space for prams/strollers but we cater to the best of our ability.

No, we do not take deposits for standard reservations, unless it is a group booking or special event.

Yes, credit card details are require to secure your booking. For any cancellation within 24 hours of your reservation, a cancellation fee of $50 per person will apply.

The secure storage of credit card details and payments of deposits via ResDiary Guarantees (aka tokenization) are all processed securely via Stripe. Stripe is the leading international payment provider giving you ultimate protection and peace of mind.

Yes, however we recommend a booking to avoid dissapointment in case of no availbility

Yes, you can definitely request for a specific table/area when making a booking and we will try our best on the day to accommodate. Please note that we do have a semi private dining space which is subject to availability
